Hi! I'm Stephen Tran, a licensed massage therapist, Structural Integration practitioner, and founder of Men's Health Haven.

My mission is simple: to provide a professional and respectable space for men to get effective pain relief.

So this is how my journey began..

In 2005 I was seriously injured in a car accident that left my body in pain and discomfort for several years. I wanted my body to heal because I knew being in constant pain was no way to live.

My car accident turned into a meaningful moment, as I became a believer that there was more to life than just living in pain.

I was inspired to start a new career in massage therapy because I knew I had to share this powerful tool with others and help them conquer pain too.

I graduated from Western Career College in 2008 with my certificate in massage therapy, and then in 2014, I graduated from the McKinnon Institute, where I studied Clinical Deep Tissue to help clients in more in a clinical setting.

In 2017 learning Structural Integration(Rolfing) was the next step in my bodywork adventures. I wanted to help my clients more as a whole, and Structural Integration(Rolfing). was the bodywork that could offer such amazing results.

I specialize in working with clients suffering from chronic pain, those who have been in pain every day, and who are ready to experience relief from pain.

It is the greatest honor to be able to help so many people feel better and I am truly happiest when I'm able to provide my clients with relief from pain.
